This policy explains what you may not upload to MendPixel, how we check content, and what happens when a rule is broken. It applies to uploaded photos and enhanced results. MendPixel is operated by Zoyor Inc.
Pornography / NSFW
Do not upload sexual content, nudity, sexualized depictions of real people, or content intended for sexual arousal. Uploaded photos are checked before they are processed, and every result is checked before you can preview or download it.
Violence / gore
Do not upload graphic violence, gore, self-harm, torture, or content that promotes or threatens violence against people or animals. The same automatic checks apply, and flagged results are never delivered.
Hate speech
Do not upload content that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics, or that promotes extremist organizations.
Illegal, dangerous and fraudulent content
Do not use MendPixel to create or promote illegal activity or real-world harm, including forged or altered documents, IDs or evidence, scams, phishing, harassment, doxxing or sharing someone's private information. Do not use the service in breach of sanctions or export laws.
Child safety / CSAM
Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Suspected child sexual abuse material is blocked, the account is banned, and we preserve evidence and report it to the relevant authorities where required.
Deepfakes / impersonation
MendPixel restores the clarity of a photo you upload. It has no face-swap, nudify or face-replacement feature. Do not use enhanced photos to impersonate people or brands, to mislead viewers, or as fake evidence of a real event. Because the AI rebuilds fine detail, results are AI-assisted and should not be presented as unedited originals where that matters, such as in legal, journalistic or identity documents.
Copyright / trademark infringement
Only upload photos you own or have permission to edit. If you believe content processed on MendPixel infringes your rights, email support@mendpixel.com with your contact details, the work you own, the content concerned and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove content that we confirm infringes and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Your uploads and permissions
By uploading you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not show anyone in a way they have not agreed to. You remain responsible for what you upload and for how you use the results. You allow us to store and process your uploads only to check them, enhance them and keep them in your account.
Moderation and review
Every uploaded photo is checked with OpenAI moderation before any credits are used or any enhancement request is sent. Every result is stored privately and checked with OpenAI moderation before it becomes available. The enhancement provider also applies its own safety checks. Flagged uploads are rejected without charge, and flagged results are blocked with their credits refunded. If the check is temporarily unavailable, the result is held and an administrator reviews it before it is released or blocked. Moderation decisions are recorded as verdicts and categories, without storing images in the record.
Reporting and appeals
To report content or appeal a decision, email support@mendpixel.com with your account email, the photo or task ID if available, and a short explanation. Reports and appeals are reviewed manually, and child-safety reports are handled first. We acknowledge them within two business days and aim to decide within seven business days after we have enough information to identify the content or order. Content confirmed to break this policy is removed; a rejection confirmed to be wrong is reversed and its credits returned.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and repetition, we may refuse an enhancement, block or remove a result, hold a result for review, restrict access to assets, or suspend or ban an account; serious child-safety or illegal content is reported to the authorities. Blocked results that were not delivered have their credits refunded. We do not automatically forfeit paid balances; disputes are reviewed against usage and payment records.
