Credits from packs and the subscription do not expire and roll over. Pro monthly renews automatically until cancelled; packs never renew.
Failed or content-blocked enhancements refund their credits automatically once. Credits used for delivered results are ordinarily not refundable; partly used packs, unintended renewals, duplicate charges, missing credits and unauthorized transactions are reviewed case by case via support. Cancel the subscription anytime to stop renewal at the end of the paid period.
