These terms are a contract between you and Zoyor Inc, a Colorado corporation (Colorado company number 20268269161) with its registered office at 1500 N Grant St Unit 560, Denver, CO 80203, United States, which operates MendPixel (mendpixel.com), an AI photo enhancement service. Yao Zhong is the President, sole director and sole shareholder of Zoyor Inc and runs MendPixel on its behalf. By using the service or creating an account you agree to these terms.
Service and accounts
MendPixel uses a third-party AI model to restore the clarity of photos you upload, reducing blur and noise while keeping the same framing. Results come back at roughly 2K resolution in your original aspect ratio. You may enhance one photo without an account and receive a watermarked preview; downloading full-quality results and further enhancements require an account. You must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for keeping your login secure.
Free trial
The free trial allows one photo per device and network and is limited by a daily site-wide quota. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. Trial results are shown only as a reduced, watermarked preview until you sign up, after which that photo can be added to your account and downloaded in full quality once claimed. Each account can claim one trial photo.
Credits and billing
New accounts do not receive free credits; the free trial is the free allowance. Each enhanced photo uses 2 credits. Paid plans are in USD. One-time credit packs: Starter $5.99 for 40 credits, Plus $12.99 for 100 credits and Pro pack $29.99 for 300 credits; packs never renew. Subscription: Pro monthly $9.99 per month for 200 credits each month. Credits do not expire and roll over while your account is open. Credits are service entitlements, not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits are added only after a payment is confirmed. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Purchases are sold and processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited (Waffo Pancake). Waffo is the seller of record for the payment, charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout and handles order-related inquiries and returns together with us; Zoyor Inc provides the MendPixel service, the credits and customer support. Refunds that we approve are issued by Waffo to the original payment method.
Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation
Pro monthly renews automatically at the end of each monthly period at the price shown when you subscribed ($9.99 per month) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@mendpixel.com; cancellation stops the next renewal, takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and credits already in your account stay there. If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are granted until a payment succeeds. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription.
Content and acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. You are responsible for your uploads and must have the rights needed to use them. We may refuse, block or remove content and restrict accounts as described in that policy.
Enhanced photos
As between you and us, you may use your enhanced photos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms, the acceptable use policy and the law. The AI rebuilds fine detail, so results can differ from the original in small ways, including faces, text and logos; check results before you rely on them. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate or free of third-party rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or depend on third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its effective date; for paid subscriptions we email you before a material change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection law of the place where you live.
